The Current Problem
Total Protection Plus (TPP) Email
On February 6th, 2025 an email was sent to all TPP holders. This correspondence came from the TPP website gettpp.com from a read only email address. There was no information on the author of the email and no contact information provided. This email is riddled with inaccuracies and false information. The owners of record for Total Protection Plus is Schad Brannon and Fenton Ferguson, we can only assume one or both of them authored and sent this email.
On or about February 13th, 2025 the entire gettpp.com site was removed leaving TPP customers with no information, no followup and no clarification.
The email states that the company owned by Jason Anderson failed to comply with the insurer’s requests and therefore all policies were cancelled. UIU Holdings (Jason’s company) was the sales entity for the product and was not responsible for administration, reporting, or any ongoing activities once the premium was paid and the policy in force.
UIU Holdings sold the product, was paid a commission and it was then the responsibility of Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd to manage and administer the program. It is important to note that the beneficiary of any unclaimed coverage is Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd owned by Schad Brannon and Fenton Ferguson.

The full deposition of Schad Brannon On April 30th, 2024 in a matter brought before the Third Judicial District Court in Salt Lake County Utah. In this deposition, Schad Brannon states under the penalty of perjury that he owns Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd.
This is a letter from Strategic Risk International Brokers (SRIB) indicating all premiums were paid in full for TPP contract products purchased by iGenius customers (an Investview subsidiary.) This letter was provided upon the request of Investview counsel.
The SRIB letter indicates all premiums were paid and reinsurance was in place for all the TPP contracts sold and references the reinsurer as Redbridge Insurance Company Limited. The broker for this transaction was SAG Specialty Limited and this signed executed document demonstrates 100% of reinsurance in force.
Since the gettpp.com site has been taken down, many TPP customers may not have access to their TPP coverage document. We are providing the sample coverage packet here. There may be slight variations to your specific coverage document but this will give you the most important information about the TPP product coverage.
Frequently Asked Questions
United International Underwriters out of Grand Cayman owned by Schad Brannon created the TPP product for resale. This is easily verified by the TPP coverage packet document included above and further confirmed by Schad in the deposition document on page 72.
Schad Brannon, under penalty of perjury and risk of 15 years imprisonment with his attorney present stated that he created the TPP produce and he owned United International Underwriters and Total Protection Inc Ltd and all premiums were paid in full.
In Utah, perjury is typically classified as a second-degree felony, which means the penalty can include a prison sentence of up to 15 years and a fine of up to $10,000 depending on the specifics of the case.
Here is the answer as extracted from the TPP Coverage packet:
“By signing below, you acknowledge that this Buy Back Program, including all benefits, is administered and managed independently by Total Protection Plus, and not the retailer. You therefore also agree to hold harmless the retailer from any and all claims for benefits associated with the Buy Back Program and fully understand that all redemptions of Buy Back Options will be issued directly by Total Protection Plus.”
The gettpp.com site was fully controlled by Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd which is owned by Schad Brannon and Fenton Ferguson. The gettpp.com site was the property of their company and they administered and delivered the site and its information. As per Schad Brannon’s deposition on page 106, Total Protection Plus owned the site and the information and Fenton Ferguson was responsible for maintaining the records. Schad and Fenton are 50/50 owners.
We can deduct from Schad’s deposition (page 105-106) and their confirmed ownership of Total Protection Plus Inc Ltd that Fenton Ferguson or a technical employee of his would have sent the email. It would have been written by both Schad and Fenton as per their 50/50 partnership.
The owners of Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd which are Schad Brannon and Fenton Ferguson would be the only individuals with access to the site.
The following proof is included on this site demonstrating that all premiums were paid:
- Page 94 of Schad Brannon’s deposition states that all premiums were paid for $10 million blocks of coverage capacity.
- The letter from SRI to Investview counsel indicates that all premiums were paid and the letter was signed by Bruno Comin the CEO.

My name is Annette Raynor and I and my companies are a holder of TPP coverage. We contacted Jason Anderson when we received the cryptic email from TPP. Jason provided us with all the information and answered all of our questions. We prepared this website and all the information to assist the many customers who have TPP.
Upon review of all of the documentation, it is my opinion that our coverage should be in effect as the premiums were paid. Further, the TPP email claiming that UIU Holdings (Jason Anderson) is responsible for claims would be akin to me expecting the Verizon salesperson who sold me phone protection to pay me for my broken phone.
Unfortunately, based upon the gettpp.com site being taken down and the inability to confirm if Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd is solvent, we must look to the insurer and reinsurer of the program to honor our claims.
One item of concern is that it appears that Total Protection Plus is the beneficiary of the coverage and they would then be responsible for paying out to the clients – I cannot confirm this – only SRI would be able to confirm the payout structure. However, if Total Protection Plus were the beneficiary, then they would not want us to process our claims as they receive the unclaimed funds.
Based upon the documentation provided here, I believe we must contact Special Risks Insurance Brokers and I believe we need to contact Robus (now SRS). This is purely my opinion based upon the documentation that I have reviewed in preparing this site. If I were to take this up as a civil matter, I would be lodging a complaint against Total Protection Plus Inc. Ltd, Schad Brannon and Fenton Ferguson.
Personally, I and my business partner will be contacting the parties involved and we have already sent an inquiry to SRI (srib.co.uk) and will be exploring who we can contact at Robus (now SRS) as well.
I am providing this commentary to assist in sorting through what appears, on the surface, to be complicated, but, when broken down appears pretty straight forward. I, like you, am a customer in this matter. I am not an attorney or a special risks insurance specialist, therefore you should treat my opinion as nothing more than that, an opinion based upon the information presented here.
What steps should you take to see if your TPP is going to be honored?
It’s imperative you contact the entities that were a part of your Total Protection Plus package. Many of us have processed early claim requests and are expecting to be receiving our claims payment.
